Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Strong Industry experience in Cards & Payment Domain
- Acquiring and Merchant processes and workflows.
- Good understanding of ISO8583 messages & Network BINs/cycle ranges.
- Understanding of various network communication messages (MTIs) and Data element level knowledge.
- Background of latest trends and product offerings e.g. Digital payments, e-Commerce transaction, 3DS, Single and Dual Messaging systems.
- Technical background - Hands-on on Data Analysis (SQL queries, Spread sheet table Pivoting, Splunk, Snowflake)
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
