Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable server-side code using Java.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
- Create scalable, robust, and efficient systems.
- Ensure the security and data protection of all applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug application errors.
- Write clean, readable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the system design.
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful API development.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skill
