Project scope : SAP to Oracle migration/implementation
Job description:
- 10 years of ERP implementation/administration experience. (3 years as an HCM Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud.)
- Experience in leading full project lifecycles, including requirements, design, testing, and roll-out.
- In-depth Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Application:
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including configurations, custom fields, and fast formulas.
- Strong understanding of integration with other Fusion applications and third-party systems.
- Comfortable with the Oracle Fusion data dictionary and the relationship between various objects.
- Ability to act as a strategic liaison between business users, implementation vendors, Oracle, and technical teams.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with business teams and proactively engage in a continuously evolving environment.
