Job description:

• Lead data governance projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee the implementation of data quality standards and practices across the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to teams on data governance and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and procedures.
• Ensure data quality by implementing and monitoring data quality metrics and controls.
• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks and documentation.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure data governance requirements are met.
• Monitor and report on data governance and compliance activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data governance and quality.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data governance compliance.
• Provide training and awareness programs on data governance and quality.
• Support the development of data governance tools and technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in data governance and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Data Governance Functional and Data Governance & Compliance.
• Have a solid understanding of Data Quality Basics and Data Quality Functional.
• Demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Show proficiency in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
• Have experience in conducting data governance audits and assessments.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Have a proven track record of leading data governance initiatives.
• Show commitment to continuous improvement and best practices in data governance.
• Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to data governance.
