Job Description :
Provide administrative assistance to the FL WINS program and support the strategic sourcing team.
Assist in preparing invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to administrative processes.
Qualifications, Skills, and Certifications :
High school diploma or associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of administrative experience, preferably in IT or professional services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Familiarity with state and federal record-keeping and documentation standards.
Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or similar credential is an advantage.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
