Job Title : Agile Scrum Master
Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration : 12 Months Contract
Lead Scrum master who handle the 3-4 big team with banking experience is mandatory.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity
- Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team
- Support the team in removing impediments
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise
- Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables
- Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives
- Knowledge and exposure to agile practices
- Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, ability to provide candid but caring feedback
- Problem solving to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery
