Job Title : Sr. Business Analyst with IT Technical Writing Experience
Location - Richmond, VA 23219 (Hybrid Job - 3Days Onsite / Week)
Duration : 3 Months Contract
Job Description : Must Have Skills :
- BA with Technical writing
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in systems documentation to include source code, technical documentations including user documentation, how-to guides - Required 10 Years
- Ability to analyze and document business system processes - Required 6 Years
- Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements - Required 6 Years
- Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications to include training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong research and analytical skills and very detail oriented.
