Position Responsibilities
- Portfolio Delivery & Execution Business Services Consultant
- The role will include the following duties & responsibilities :
- Build familiarity and knowledge of the full technology change portfolio across Global Operations and the Chief Administration Office
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Line of Business partners, Technology leaders and teams, as well a key partners in Finance, Change Management, Architecture and Risk.
- Maintain a central repository of key data points for Portfolio Execution
- Participate in the creation of monthly reporting and accomplishment artifacts, including portfolio commentary and "talking points" to prepare technology leaders for senior leadership monthly reviews.
- Partner with Finance and Portfolio Planning to track capacity forecast against actuals and explain the drivers for variances
- Work with Line of Business and Technology leaders to track and maintain quarterly milestone deliverables and keep strategy roadmaps up to date.

- Ability to simplify the complex and communicate to a wide variety of audiences including high level executives, utilizing tools, technology and polished communication skills
