Product Manager

Location : Phoenix Arizona (AZ) (Onsite)

Job Type : Contract 12 Months (W2)

Job Description :

  • Product Management / Portfolio, Project Management
  • SAFe Agile
  • Banking Domain (preferred)

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with a proven track record of :
  • Defining winning product constructs
  • Delivering a product roadmap
  • Experience in Payments and / or Digital Banking (preferred but not required)
  • In-depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex products with multiple partners
  • Strong relationship-building skills :
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels within the organization, internally and externally
  • Effective in engaging and influencing both technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
  • Ability to predict and identify risks / opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries

    • Skills :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

    • Preferred Knowledge :

  • Financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing (highly preferred)
