Job Description :
- Knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Knowledge of JIRA and Scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives).
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and Business / Operations Readiness
- Monitor systems production health and act swiftly when issues arise that may impact customer experience or the business
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
