Job description :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
- You Must have Telecom / Communications industry experience in B2B and / or Enterprise
- Experience Leading Enterprise Implementations (beyond the IT portion of a program) for telecom customer facing solutions, i.e. CRM, CPQ, Product Catalog, Billing, etc.
- Experience leading a team - program managers, project managers, scrum masters, business sme's etc.
- Experience working with executive leaders and steering committees including building and presenting presentations related to project progress, risks / issues and changes .
- General understanding of Enterprise or B2B sales in the communications / telecom industry .
- Experience working in a cross-functional program.
- Implementation and management of program governance
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
