Job description :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 12 Plus Years of experience.
- Salesforce.com certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- 8 years of experience and expertise in Salesforce development with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level clients.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and patterns (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
- Experience with version control tools and developing in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (and SAFe) is a plus.
