Job Description :
- Strong background in Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS) approaches.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others, to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Kafka, MID Server, and other integration tools.
- Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.
