- Optimize waste collection routes and schedules to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
- Collaborate with local municipalities, businesses, and communities to ensure optimal service delivery and satisfaction.
- Implement sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving recycling rates.
- Monitor and maintain operational equipment and resources, ensuring all assets are in good working order.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Address operational issues, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in environmental operations or waste management, with a solid background in solid waste and recycling operations.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
- Expertise in route optimization, safety compliance, and environmental regulations related to waste management.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- A deep commitment to sustainability and environmental best practices.
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred.
