Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and outbound shipping of goods.
- Optimize inventory management systems, conduct routine cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and compliance with industry regulations, including import/export protocols.
- Hire, train, and lead warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
- Ensure accurate, on-time shipments and work to resolve any quality or fulfillment issues.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain partners to improve shipping efficiency and reduce delays.
- Track warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse management within the automotive manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
