Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technician III - Production & Maintenance to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain semi-complex automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead maintenance activities while ensuring safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Lead and support maintenance activities and mentor junior technicians.
- Assist in new equipment installation and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain proper documentation.
- Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Support equipment validation and tracking of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree or technical school preferred).
- 5 years of experience in maintaining semi-complex manufacturing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control logic modifications.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
