Key Responsibilities

- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for commercial roofing projects.
- Prepare detailed and accurate project cost estimates and proposals for clients.
- Utilize The Edge estimating software to ensure consistency and accuracy in all estimates.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to clarify project details and address any questions.
- Collaborate with the project management team to align estimates with project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, roofing materials, and best practices to enhance estimating accuracy and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator.
- Proficiency in construction estimating, with a focus on commercial roofing projects.
- Experience using The Edge estimating software is required.
- Strong understanding of low-slope roof systems and commercial roofing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
