Responsibilities:
- Act as Project Manager or Lead Engineer on projects under the direction of the company Structure Department head
- Utilize current technology and engineering software on projects
- Take a proactive role in business development activities
- Commit to quality and continuous improvement
- Develop junior structure staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience, preferably with bridge design and transportation structure projects
- BS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis required; MS in Structural Engineering preferred
- Illinois PE license and SE license required
- Proficiency in software including MS Office, MicroStation, and structural analysis programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of state DOT and tollway design standards and analysis desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
