Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Work Execution Manager to oversee all maintenance activities in the Science and Technology & Operations (STO) portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and scheduling of facility modifications, as well as managing a team of employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans, budgets, and schedules for facility modifications.
- Manage and coordinate the proper response to abnormal conditions and submit reports per institutional guidelines.
- Lead/Support the Plan of the Week & Plan of the Day meetings.
- Develop and administer organizational policies relevant to facility maintenance activities.
- Implement the conduct of maintenance program at facilities.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with facility management including systems engineering design and maintenance, safety/authorization basis, configuration management programs, work control, facility control systems, major construction projects, and upgrades and renovations.
- Extensive understanding of work hazards, safety practices, operating configuration, and lock-out/tag-out policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize and manipulate a computerized work management system in maintaining and tracking project activities.
