Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $50,000.00 / yr - $70,000.00 / yrPosition SummaryThe Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Associate Creative Video Producer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality video content that engages our fans, elevates our brand, and enhances the storytelling of Chargers football. As part of our Creative Video Team, you will play a key role in filming, editing, and producing dynamic content for various platforms, including digital, social media and in-stadium. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented storyteller with strong technical skills, a creative mindset, and a relentless work ethic. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work long hours when needed (including weekends and game days), and collaborate with various departments to bring compelling content to life.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the production of video content from concept to completion, including filming, editing, and post-production.Work closely with the Director, Creative Video and other team members to execute content that aligns with the Chargers’ brand, voice, and creative vision.Capture and edit engaging footage for team highlights, social media content, player features, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce high-quality video content.Stay up to date with video trends, new technology, and best practices in sports content creation.Work on tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.Collaborate with social media team on original executions surrounding tentpole events.Post production finishing, including color correction and audio mixing.Qualifications and Education Requirements1-3 years of experience in video production, content creation, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs are a plus).Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques.Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.A team-first mentality with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.Passion for sports content creation, particularly the NFL and the Chargers.Willingness to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and game days as needed.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to be part of an elite creative team in the NFL, working on cutting-edge content that reaches millions of passionate Chargers fans.
