JR GRAPHIC DESIGNER/ PHOTO RETOUCHING

Job Summary

We are seeking a Retoucher in Los Angeles, CA, to edit and manage e-commerce and campaign images, ensuring visual consistency and quality. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in image retouching and a keen eye for fashion photography. You will be responsible for ensuring that all creative assets—from campaign visuals to e-commerce website and photography—are flawlessly executed, visually compelling, and aligned with the brand's aesthetic.

Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Edit and color-correct product photography for flawless consistency across all platforms, delivering quick turnarounds while maintaining quality.
• Organize and maintain a structured library of edited images and videos, ensuring files are properly labeled with correct file naming conventions.
• Format and enhance all image content; maintain file size and crop specification guidelines.
• Color correct garments in photos from physical samples.
• Ensure visual consistency of product images.
• Collaborate with the Art Department team to ensure all assets are organized and available for use in future projects
• Meet deadlines and provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects.
• Take feedback from creative leads to ensure final imagery aligns with the brand’s vision and quality standards.
• This role is deadline-driven, pressure-filled, and demands precision and execution.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in image retouching and a keen eye for fashion photography.
• A keen eye for fashion/model photography as well as still life product photography and photo composition.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Strong sense of problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
• Fashion/retail and/or e-commerce experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking skills.
• Must be proficient in Capture One, Photoshop, and Dropbox

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires frequent use of a computer, mouse and keyboard.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking
• Occasional bending, stooping.
• Occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
