25-26 Elevate Teacher Resident

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree by May 2025 Minimum 3.0 GPA (lower GPA considered with exemption letter) Authorization to work in the U.S. TB clearance and finger clearance COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption Desired Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a classroom setting or educational program is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and students. Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment. Responsibilities: Co-teach 4-5 days a week alongside a mentor teacher, including planning and implementing engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Work with individual, small groups and whole class groups of students to provide differentiated support and create a positive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and staff to assess student progress and implement interventions as needed. Participate in professional development with a cohort of peers. Engage with families and the community to foster strong relationships that support student success.
