Job Summary
English Teacher - 7th through 10th Grades. Plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California Preliminary/Clear Single Subject - English and Social Science Credentials with English Learner Authorization is required. Alternatively, a Valid California Preliminary Single Subject English Credential and Psychology Supplementary Authorization, Social Science Supplementary Authorization, or qualification for supplementary authorization through coursework at a regionally accredited university. Intern credentials accepted. Applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, three (3) letters of reference, at least one from a current/recent direct supervisor, current teaching credential and complete District Application.
