Requirements / Qualifications

DUSD is seeking highly experienced and qualified applicants to lead a dynamic organization in a high performing district. We are seeking applicants who reflect the growing diversity of our students and community. Every candidate hired is expected to support the implementation of inclusive practices within the classroom in order to ensure all students receive their education in the general education setting to the maximum extent possible.

To be considered: Special education program specialist or administrative experience. Educational technology experience. Teaching or experience providing special education services. Master’s degree (emphasis in Special Education, Educational Leadership or Organizational Leadership Preferred.) California Administrative Services Credential Valid California Driver’s License.
