What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Analyst position at Los Angeles County Office Of Education?
Under general direction, develops functional specifications and coordinates the conversion, implementation, and testing of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; and acts as a liaison between users and information technology staff to support clients’ transition to the ERP system.
The Well Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following
Knowledge:
Terminology, methods, practices, and techniques of design, administration, research, testing, and assessment of ERP systems
Systems testing techniques
Systems analysis, design, and implementation
Data integrity testing concepts and methods
Recordkeeping and spreadsheet and database management
Public agency accounting principles and practices
Principles and practices of project management
Appropriate methods of training, group facilitation, and instructional techniques

A bachelor's degree from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation AND three years of experience providing customer support and conducting system testing within automated business systems.

An associate's degree or equivalent college units (60 semester or 90 quarter units) from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council of Higher Education Accreditation AND five years of experience providing customer support and conducting system testing within automated business systems.
OR
A current professional certification in one of the following: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification, Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or equivalent AND seven years of experience providing customer support and conducting system testing within automated business systems.
OR
An associate's degree or equivalent college units (60 semester or 90 quarter units), from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council of Higher Education Accreditation AND Current professional certification in one of the following: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification, Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or equivalent AND three years of experience providing customer support and conducting system testing within automated business systems.
Salary : $98,688 - $122,256
