Job Summary
New walk-on coaches must submit a coaching application (see links related to this job - Coaching Application) to the Gridley Unified School District Office at 429 Magnolia St, Gridley, CA 95948 or email to Brenda Aquino at baquino@gusd.org. Returning coaches in the same capacity must submit application in the Coaches Clearance website.
Requirements / Qualifications
A complete application must be submitted for consideration. Initial review of applications will start on April 8, 2025. Position will remain open until filled. Required Certifications: 1) CPR Card 2) First Aid Card 3) Coaching certifications required: Fundamentals of Coaching training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest training, Heat Illness training, Concussion training. 4) TB clearances
Season is approximately July - November. After initial coaching season, contract may be renewed for following year seasons. If hired to coach, mandatory district training must be completed within four (4) weeks of being on-site.
