Job Summary

Hours: 2-3 Hours Per Day 4-5 Days per week Practice times to be determined Effective Start Date: May 26th, 2025 Effective End Date: June 12, 2026 Specific duties include but are not limited to: -Serve as the Program Head Coach of the Girls Golf athletic program. -Develop a positive team culture and provide the direction and vision for the boys program. -Develop individual golf techniques, and strategies necessary for overall program improvement. -Develop and communicate a team strategy, provide instruction for student athletes in the consistent execution of the team strategy. Complete golf match planning and review in preparation for competition. -Establish off-season weight training/conditioning program. Work with the professional golf staff at Madera Golf & Country Club to schedule team practices and weekly matches. -Ensure that rules and regulations regarding conduct and eligibility are communicated and followed. -Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships between team members, parents, athletic department, administration, teachers, other coaches, athletes, officials, and opponents. -Maintain all required coaching certification. Complete forms and documents in a timely manner.
