Utility Worker Substitute

Maintenance, custodial and school facility experience preferred. Driver's License Copy Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Reference ((Must have 3 within the past year)) Proof of HS Graduation and/or equivalent Resume Must Pass DOJ/FBI Clearance (TB test results required if selected for position) (CPR- First Aide Certification - required if selected for position)

Knowledge of: Demonstrated skills for assigned responsibilities; Knowledge of cleaning materials and agents; Knowledge of small machinery and floor equipment. Ability to: Must be able to communicate effectively (written and orally); Must be flexible for staggered hours during the workweek to provide unexpected custodial coverage; Must be available during emergencies after normal work hours; Must possess and utilize excellent team-building skills; Must accept delegated responsibilities willingly; Must be able to lift seventy-five pounds; Must adapt the normal daily schedule to accommodate abnormal work hours.
