Job Summary
The WRTP Assistant Program Manager supports the Program Manager in overseeing the Workforce Recovery Training Program (WRTP). This role is critical in ensuring smooth program operations, compliance with grant requirements, and effective participant service coordination. In addition to providing support in intake, eligibility determination, service plan implementation, and referral tracking, the Assistant Program Manager is actively engaged in direct services to participants, facilitating workshops, providing case management, and supporting job development efforts. The position will have a more strategic and community outreach focus at the beginning of the grant cycle, then transition into more direct participant services as enrollment increases.
