We serve more than 4,000 seniors across our San Fernando Valley campuses, delivering personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs, from independent living to specialized healthcare programs.
The responsibilities of the Senior Financial Planning Analyst include, but are not limited to :
Responsibilities :
- Run queries and work data from production environments, internal databases, EHR or other sources to maintain current business intelligence (BI) data products and processes.
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new BI data product.
- Assist in the identification and development of process improvement initiatives as applicable to all teams making up the organizational-wide Finance Department.
- Support preparation of periodic external / internal financial reporting submissions (e.g. Medicare cost report, bond reporting, and board presentations), and provide schedules preparations support during financial audits.
- Assist in the performance of monthly variance analysis and identification of key performance drivers, financial statements account categories, and using data / inputs systems to support analyses.
- Support the development of ad-hoc business modeling, what-if scenarios, forecasts, and statistical analyses necessary for the evaluation of short and long-range operating and financial performance improvement initiatives and decision making.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of budget templates. Serve as additional FP&A department liaison to facilitate support documentation to departmental customers during budgeting season.
- Provide financial performance monitoring support throughout fiscal year to ensure entities / departments alignment to plan.
- Develop and maintain proficiency with financial software utilized through the organization (e.g. Oracle, Cloud, Kronos, and various EHRs).
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a capital expenditures requests system.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
