Maintenance Technician (Residential & Commercial Properties)
Location : Properties in the LA County (South LA, East LA, West LA, South Bay area, Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, etc.)
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Weekends Off!)
Compensation : $25 - $30 per hour, plus benefits and bonuses

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will be varied, which is part of the excitement! From fixing small repairs to executing full-scale renovations, your skills will keep our properties at their best. You'll be a key player in tackling all sorts of work orders. Everything from unit turns to preventive maintenance to remodeling projects.
- Execute repairs across trades like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Complete unit turnovers, remodels, and renovations, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
- Use your knowledge of California building standards and city permits to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with property supervisors, on-site managers, and city inspectors to coordinate and complete tasks.
- Manage your work orders and updates through software like AppFolio, Property Meld, and QuickBooks.
