This role will allow you to thrive in a data-driven, collaborative, and dynamic environment, driving marketing initiatives forward while learning professional industry standards.Note : This is a 12-month assignment.The Marketing Data & Systems Fellow will report to the Sr Developer. We are looking for a diligent, collaborative, and tech-savvy individual who can effectively perform the following responsibilities : Job Responsibilities : Data Collection & Analytics : Use dashboards and other resources to collect data for various groups and projects; compile, track, and trend data in Microsoft Excel.Marketing Deliverables : Assist in updating and QA'ing data tables (SQL, BigQuery), data integrity, and data capture.Data Management : Participate in data entry tasks for email and database systems, ensuring accurate categorization and tagging for reporting.Form Platforms Administration : Assume administrative responsibilities for the Forms platforms. Develop and implement processes to ensure forms are organized, aligned with League guidelines, and compliant with data privacy standards. Ensure integrations are completed before forms go live date. Assist in supporting data capture efforts by streamlining data collection processes across multiple channels (e.g., advertising, community, partnerships). Contribute to building a robust data capture strategy that will facilitate the organization's growth. Regularly monitor form integrations to ensure seamless operation and prevent disruptions. Assist with ensuring smooth transitions during system updates or changes, maintaining operational integrity.Compliance & Privacy Impact Assessments : Take on responsibilities related to Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), including preparation for audits and maintaining privacy documentation for various initiatives. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy by creating and reviewing PIAs. Support compliance and regulatory adherence through diligent monitoring of data collection processes.Database Accuracy & API Integrations : Enhance database accuracy and reliability by improving quality assurance efforts and integrating API data from vendors.Seamless Connectivity : Help develop and maintain API integrations across systems, ensuring smooth data transfer between platforms. This includes automating data exchanges to reduce manual tasks and errors, saving the team time and improving workflow efficiency.System Monitoring & Update Management : Regularly monitor form integrations to ensure seamless operation and prevent disruptions. Assist with ensuring smooth transitions during system updates or changes, maintaining operational integrity.Confluence Documentation Ownership : Take responsibility for the documentation on Confluence, ensuring that all relevant information about systems such as Salesforce, APIs, Zapier, KAGR, and Google Cloud Platform is accurately documented and up to date.Data Privacy Audit Preparation : Assist in the development of documentation for audits, streamlining compliance processes and ensuring that all necessary materials are ready for review by the League and other compliance authorities.Knowledge / Skills / Experience : Completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data science, Data / analytics, Computer science, Information technology, Computer information systems, or similar).Experience with SQL and / or Big Query, or other querying languages to building queries and views. Python, C#, AMPscript, are extremely helpful. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are others but not necessarily required.Experience with large data sets (possibly millions of rows of data).Knowledge of customer relationship management software (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.Comfortable working within Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Experience with database management, digital marketing, and project management tools is a plus but not required.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.Salary : $68,640 / yr.The Los Angeles Rams are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
