PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Inventory Management & Warehouse Coordination: Maintain inventory, order pulling, weights, and trash records. Update records after every inward and outward movement of goods and submit weekly/monthly reports. Confirm completion of orders and compliance with specified details. Print out daily picking lists, separate cooler/freezer orders, and file picking lists by time and day. Prepare daily log sheets of agencies that pick up orders. Maintain logs on order picking, including tracking which warehouse staff completed orders, time taken, and daily order counts. File destruction tags by month and day. Prepare shipping reports, transfer sheets, destruction tags, and invoices for shipments to other food banks. Assist the Inventory Control department when assigned by Operations leadership.
Administrative & Operational Support: Coordinate between office, warehousing, and operations activities; communicate with all concerned personnel. Notify departments of shipping/receiving schedules and operational issues. Assist staff in creating a system for responding to warehousing information requests. Maintain office supplies and ensure timely replenishment, fulfilling equipment and supply requests from other departments. Maintain vacation and attendance calendars for warehouses. Prepare daily activity sheets for Gleaning Room and FRP. Prepare check requests for warehouse purchase orders, verifying correctness of invoices and received items. Answer warehouse office phones and record messages as needed. Be available to travel to different locations to cover office needs. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, with responsibilities subject to change based on business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment is highly desired. Some experience with reporting systems, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Good numeracy skills (will test); must possess a methodical approach to work.
- Good analytical and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to provide clear and concise instructions, both verbally and written.
- Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite
- A high degree of integrity and attention to detail in all job functions.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the workforce.
- Good eye-hand coordination for data entry, filing, etc.
