- Ensuring all health department standards are upheld by enforcing high sanitation standards
- Provide exceptional guest service through taking orders over the counter, answering phone calls, organizing and executing take out orders
- Keep inventory stocked on all stations
- Open and close, completing side work tasks and checklist
- Prepare food orders by following company recipes
- Ensure food is stored and cooked to spec under company standards
- Ensure the quality standards and consistency are met in daily preparation
- Maintaining communication with the whole team
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Additional duties may apply
- Experience working in high-volume counter service or full-service restaurants required
Qualifications:
1 years of experience working in high-volume and/or customer-facing food service
Valid Food Handlers Card and OLCC Beverage Permit required
Physical Requirements:
Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces.
Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments.
