Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist the kitchen staff by helping with food preparation and ensuring that all items are ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns.
- Utilize the Aloha POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen.
- Adhere to food safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with banquet service is a plus, as well as experience working in a kitchen environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others, including cooks and servers, to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
