Los Cuates is looking to hire experienced servers. Applicants must be friendly, hard working, team oriented, honest, comfortable with food and liquor service. Must be available to work consistently, have a positive attitude at all times and be an excellent communicator. Must have reliable transportation. Must be drugfree. Passing a background check is a condition of hire.
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY.
Los Cuates is open from 11am-9pm. Previous food service is required. A valid alcohol certification is required. POS system knowledge is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Open availability is a plus.

Duties:

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable
- Knowledge of food service health and safety regulations
