Primary Tasks & Responsibilities :         Prepare corn and flour tortillas, make sure you leave everything ready for the next schedule :

  • Enough Tortillas ready for the beginning of the AM / PM shifts.
  • Dough PREPARED AND READY to start
  • Flour balls thawed and ready in tray
  • Be aware of and follow all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work area; FOR THE NEXT AM PM SCHEDULE
  • Be able to assist in other positions within the restaurant as needed and other assigned duties.
