Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash register transactions accurately.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events, including banquets and private parties.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service in compliance with local laws.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends is a plus.
