Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Monitor sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the powersports sector.
Set sales targets and objectives for the team, tracking progress and adjusting tactics as necessary.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and post-sale support.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
Oversee product demonstrations, test rides, and ensure customers receive a thorough understanding of the products.
3. Inventory Management:
Collaborate with the inventory manager to ensure the dealership is well-stocked with the right products.
Track inventory levels, report shortages, and adjust orders as necessary.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and manufacturer updates.
4. Marketing and Promotions:
Develop and execute marketing plans to drive traffic to the dealership, including promotions, events, and online advertising.
Work with marketing teams to create and manage advertisements and social media campaigns.
Analyze competitor offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to senior management.
Monitor industry trends, sales performance, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the dealerships CRM system.
6. Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales staff as needed.

7. Compliance and Policies:
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations, dealership policies, and manufacturer guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:
