Job Description
- Provide excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to young children with special needs and their families in home, day care or community settings.
- ABA Training/Supervision in collaboration with ABA Clinical Director.
- Provide BCBA Supervision throughout New York City or Westchester, as needed.
- Run ABA Programs as they are written in the child’s individualized program book (which includes daily data collection).
- Work effectively with parents/caregivers in a 1:1 setting to educate them on how to help children learn and grow.
- Attend team meetings in accordance to the child’s IFSP.
- Collaborate well with all team members on child’s progress.
- Prepare and submit daily session notes, progress reports and other paperwork timely and accurately.
- Provide services in accordance with county and New York State Regulations.

Qualifications
- Required Valid and Current Registration Certificate OR License (1 minimum):
- BCBA and/or Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Ph.D. in Psychology, Master’s degree in Special Education, Social Work or other approved degree under NYS EIP
- At least 2 year’s experience writing and implementing ABA Program Books
- At least 2 year’s experience working with families of young children with PDD/Autism
- At least 1 year experience of training ABA staff
- Knowledgeable about Early Intervention/CPSE regulations a plus
- Experience in:
- Principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
- Discrete Trial Training.
