RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellence in case management services for young children with special needs and their families.
- Advocate for families to ensure children receive the evaluations and services needed, authorized and to problem solve challenges.
- Coordinate with professionals within and outside the Early Intervention (EI) Program to address family needs.
- Document all activities in accordance with EI requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Service Coordination through the NYS Early Intervention Program.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Education or Related Field (e.g., psychology, social work, education, sociology).
Pluses (not required)
- Bilingual Spanish or Russian
