Job Summary :
As a Bartender / Server in a Tasting Room, you will be responsible for providing a memorable and educational tasting experience for guests, showcasing a variety of beverages, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your duties will include greeting guests, explaining the characteristics and history of the beverages, preparing and serving drinks, and making pairing recommendations. Additionally, you will handle transactions, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the tasting area, and manage inventory. Strong communication skills, a passion for beverages, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Act as an ambassador and representative for the Los Poblanos property & cities of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, Albuquerque & Santa Fe
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- Respond rapidly to customer requests in a professional and hospitable manner
- Learn the tasting room menu so that it can be explained to our guests
- Learn the wholesale lavender line so that it can be explained and sold to our guests
- Serve food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Prepare food & beverage
- Bus & clean tasting room surfaces
- Operate as a team member of the retail shop and the tasting room
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
