Job Summary And Qualifications
Works under the supervision of the Facilities Management Maintenance Supervisor. Operates, maintains, installs refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical equipment. Maintains and repairs all building utility distribution systems, such as air, gas, water, steal, and electrical.

Job Summary And Qualifications
Works under the supervision of the Facilities Management Maintenance Supervisor. Operates, maintains, installs refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical equipment. Maintains and repairs all building utility distribution systems, such as air, gas, water, steal, and electrical.
- Maintains building equipment such as pumps, motors, fans, heat exchangers, and storage tanks
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned
- Operates and maintains steam boilers, air conditioning equipment, and all auxiliary equipment when required. Knowledge of complete engineer watch standing procedures.
- Cleans work area and work shop; plunges toilets and drains when necessary
- High School graduate
- Technical trade school, preferred
- Journeyman level plumbing experience, preferred
