Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for clerical and supervisory aspects of patient tray service and the diet office

QUALIFIATIONS:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Current food handle’s permit
• One year in hospital food service is desirable
• Task oriented, ability to finish specific jobs within a time frame
• Functions in a safe, organized and efficient manner
• Practices infection control, safe food handling – HACCP, and other personal hygiene
• Supports the mission and vision and policies of the Nutrition Services Department LRRMC
• Knowledge of composition of nutritional supplement
