Job Summary and Qualifications

• Prepares cold foods for patients, special functions and cafeteria. Stocks patient pantries, fills nourishment orders and passes trays to patient floors at breakfast and lunch.
• Stocks all refrigerated and frozen items. (Using first in and first out system)
• Prepares / serves tray line cold foods according to production sheet for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
• Prepares salad for salad bar
• Labels and dates all foods according to policy
• Records refrigerator temperatures
• Tray line at breakfast and lunch
• In-service Participation / Performance Improvement Activities
• Any duties assigned in order to achieve efficient food service operation

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent
• Current Food Handler Certification
