We are looking for a dedicated and organized Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced food truck and catering business. This role ensures smooth service, maintains efficiency, and upholds high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in food service management, and the ability to improve operational systems such as checklists, SOPs, and workflows based on experience.
This is a hands-on management role that includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth daily operations. On rare occasions, the manager may need to make supply runs if urgent inventory needs arise. Opportunities for performance-based bonuses may be available based on catering sales and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food truck operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain and improve operational systems (checklists, SOPs, opening/closing procedures).
- Monitor inventory and ordering, ensuring accurate stock levels and vendor coordination.
- Handle occasional supply runs if urgent inventory needs arise.
- Assist in coordinating catering operations and ensuring smooth event execution.
- Address and resolve customer service issues professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor financial performance and help implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service management, food trucks, or restaurant operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience improving SOPs, workflows, and operational checklists.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team.
- Reliable transportation for occasional supply runs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
