What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Surgical Scheduler position at Los Suenos Veterinary Group?
Roadrunner Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is hiring a Surgical Scheduler. This position will coordinate referrals from other veterinarians and act as a liason between our board-certified veterinary surgeon, our surgery staff and our hospital. They will also help follow up with clients after a procedure and ensure that records are sent back to the family veterinarian.
Required experience includes previous customer service representative (CSR) and scheduling experience, a great attitude and work ethic, ability to work well with others and excellent phone/client communication skills. Experience using Instinct scheduling software and experience working in a veterinary specialty hospital is helpful but not required.
