Job Description:

This customer-facing role involves managing customer enquiries, providing job progress updates, and working scheduling to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from customers with product and service information.
• Use customer scripts for difficult situations.
• Improve departmental processes and company service standards.
• Maintain updated databases with work progress and client details.
• Use standard technology to perform job duties.
• Participate in training meetings to ensure policy and product knowledge are up-to-date.
• Track customer accounts and update information as necessary.
• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions.
