Job Description
This customer-facing role involves managing customer inquiries, providing job progress updates, and working scheduling to meet customer requirements and KPIs. You will build relationships with customers, reply to incoming calls, refer to customer scripts when necessary, and follow departmental processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Manage customer accounts, keeping databases up-to-date with progressing work and client details.
- Participate in training and meetings to ensure policy and product knowledge are up-to-date.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough follow-ups on interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office equipment. Previous work experience in a customer-facing position and high school diploma or equivalent are required.
