The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in construction litigation and other legal proceedings. This role involves providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and conducting negotiations on behalf of clients.
Duties
- Conduct legal research to support litigation proceedings
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
- Manage a caseload from inception to completion
- Stay current on developments in the law
Skills
- Proficiency in Construction Litigation Laws and statutes
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with Legal research using platforms

Pay: $110,225.00 - $160,000.00 per year
